Crafted from the softest chiffon, it has a shirred bodice adorned with signature Needle & Thread frills at the neckline, shoulders, and waist. The puff sleeves and ruffled cuffs add a charming touch. A fluid, delicately gathered skirt creates the perfect twirl-worthy silhouette.
